Digital division

SEO and digital marketing, reported against enquiries.

Technical audits, on-page and local optimisation, and campaign management for business clients. The report at the end of the month tells you what changed and what it did — not how many impressions you got.

The audit comes first

We start with a technical crawl: what Google can actually reach and index, which pages are competing with each other, where redirects chain, whether canonicals say what you think they say, and whether the site passes Core Web Vitals. Those three thresholds in the strip above are Google's own, and plenty of sites fail at least one of them without anybody noticing.

The audit produces a list in priority order, with the effort and the likely effect against each item. You can hand that list to your own developers if you would rather. We will not pretend it is a trade secret.

On-page, local and content

Then the slower work: page titles and headings that match what people actually search, internal linking that gets authority to the pages that earn money, structured data where it changes how a result looks, and content that answers the question rather than circling it.

For businesses with a service area, local search is usually the biggest lever — Google Business Profile, consistent citations, location pages that are genuinely different from each other, and reviews.

Campaign management and reporting

Paid campaigns are built around what you count as an enquiry, and we set up that tracking before spending anything. Monthly reporting shows the work done, the positions and traffic that moved, and the enquiries that resulted. Where a number went the wrong way, the report says so and says why.

Nobody can promise a ranking position, and anyone who does is guessing. What we commit to is the work, the measurement and an honest read of it.

Questions

Common questions about digital marketing.

How long does SEO take to show results?

Usually months rather than days, and nobody can promise a ranking position. Work is reported month by month against enquiries so you can see what is moving.

What access do you need?

Google Analytics and Search Console, access to the website's CMS or to whoever manages it, and a clear definition of what counts as an enquiry for your business.

Is this billed monthly?

Work is billed on a service agreement with a defined scope, rather than as an open-ended retainer.
