Digital division

Internal tools and integrations for businesses that have outgrown the spreadsheet.

Quoting tools, job tracking, reporting, and the connections between the software you already pay for. Built around how your business actually runs rather than how a product wishes it did.

The spreadsheet that became load-bearing

Most businesses reach a point where a spreadsheet is doing a job it was never meant to do: pricing, scheduling, tracking who owes what. It works until two people need it at once, or until the person who built it leaves.

We build the replacement around the process that already works, rather than asking you to change how you operate to suit an off-the-shelf product. Often that is a small, focused tool rather than a platform.

Integration work

The other common job is making existing systems talk: accounting to job management, website enquiries into a CRM, field data back into reporting. Usually cheaper than replacing either end, and usually the thing that was actually causing the pain.

How a project is run

Scoped in phases with a fixed price against each one, so you can stop at the end of any phase with something usable. Code is versioned and reviewed, written to be read by whoever comes next, and handed over with documentation. If you want your own developers to take it on, that is a supported outcome.

Questions

Common questions about software development.

Can you connect the software we already use?

Often, yes: accounting to job management, website enquiries into a CRM, field data into reporting. Connecting existing systems is usually cheaper than replacing either end.

Do I have to buy a whole platform?

No. Many businesses need a small, focused tool built around how they already work, rather than a platform they have to adapt to.

How is a project priced?

In phases, with a fixed price against each, so you can stop at the end of any phase with something usable. Phase one is often a short discovery piece, priced separately.
